Parent and Player Information and Requirements
ELITE PRIDEÂ VOLLEYBALL
DO YOU HAVE A DELTA MEMBERSHIP?
A Delta Regional Volleyball membership is required to tryout and play for Elite Pride. You can navigate to Delta's site from our home page or the Delta logo above to renew or sign up for a membership. You will need a copy of your current membership when trying out or joining the club.

USAF MEDICAL WAIVER AND BRING WITH YOU TO TRYOUTS.
This must be completed - legibly - and signed in all areas by both the player and his/her parent or guardian. Please select the clip board above to open and download the medical waiver.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS NEEDED, BRING TO TRYOUTS.
Please provide a scanned copy of the player's birth certificate, copy of insurance cards and complete the above player information sheet for the club. Bring these documents to tryouts with you.
SAFESPORT TRAINING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARENTS, PLAYERS AND STAFF.
Use above link to navigate to the USAV free on line training for SafeSport. Complete a free USAV registration and complete the training. You will receive a certificate upon the completion of training.
PLAYER ON LINE TRAINING
All players are required to compete Delta Regions training on Line Judging, Liberia and Score Keeping. Players will be completing these task while attending tournaments.
DOWN LOAD THE FREE GROUPME AP
Team and parent communications will be done using the GroupMe ap. Please down load the ap, groups will be created for each specific team and an all parent group for club communications.
